I’ve been training with Reggie for 8 months now, and the progress I’ve made is beyond anything I imagined. I’m now doing 10 pull-ups when I couldn’t even do one at the start! Reggie is an AMAZING personal trainer. What I appreciate most is how he keeps me accountable in a way that’s supportive and motivating. . He encourages me every step of the way and celebrates progress big and small. Reggie takes the time to tailor each session to match where I’m at physically and mentally, and always brings a positive, motivating energy. Fitness isn’t just his job, it’s clearly his lifestyle, and it shows in the way he trains and connects with his clients. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, pushes you to be your best, and walks the talk, Reggie’s your guy. Highly recommend!

I’ve been training with Reggie now for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. When I first started, I had pretty average endurance and very little muscle tone. Now, I’m stronger, more energized, and more confident in the gym than I’ve ever been. Reggie has a deep knowledge of fitness and how the body works. His workouts are carefully planned and personalized to match my goals, whether it’s building muscle, increasing stamina, or improving overall form. He always explains the why behind each exercise, which makes doing the exercises more meaningful and motivating because you can then judge for yourself whether you’re getting the results you expect from doing a particular exercise. On top of that, Reggie is incredibly friendly and encouraging. Kinda like Joey Swoll haha. That said, he does push you to challenge yourself but he’s there with you every step of the way. Even on days when I’m not feeling 100%, he knows how to adjust the workout and still keep me on track. Thanks to his guidance, I’ve seen consistent results and actually look forward to working out. If you’re thinking about starting personal training, stop hesitating and give Reggie a call. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to take your fitness to the next level, he knows how to get you to where you’re trying to go.

He is absolutely the best trainer I could have imagined. He is tough but in the best way. He pulled strength out of me that I wasn’t sure I still had. If you put it the work he will she up every time. I would recommend him ten times over if I could. Reggie makes sure that he is working all aspects of health, nutrition, physical and mental. I am so appreciative of the time he put in with me.
