Mikahl is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. She's punctual and ready for each of our sessions. She is extremely supportive and understanding but is always willing to push you to your limits. Not only is she knowledgable with fitness but also with nutrition and can provide a meal plan with recipes! Whether you're brand new to working out or if you're advanced but need that extra push, Mikahl is your girl 😊

I've been training with Mikahl for almost 3 years now and I love working out with her. She's always calm and patient and makes sure to guide you through out and at your own pace. I always follow her at whatever gym she's available at. Thanks for always making me feel more comfortable with workouts!

I’ve been training with Mika for over 2 years. I started out with 2 days a week and I saw such amazing results I moved my training up 4 days sometimes 5 days a week. I’ve never felt so strong and in great shape. She’s fun and super professional not to mention super flexible. I would highly recommended her.

This is my first experience working out with an online trainer. I felt that I had a good experience with Mikahl. She was able to create customize workouts and meal plans based on my needs. She was also very responsive when it came to our messages back-and-forth and was able to make adjustments to our plan accordingly. I do recommend her as a personal trainer, especially if you are new or trying to get back into exercising she was able to create easily to follow exercise plan, as well as easy to follow recipes based on my and health goals.
