Introduction: I have been coaching professionally since 2017, and I have helped hundreds of individuals achieve goals ranging from weight loss and muscle gain to injury recovery and improved mobility. Part of my commitment to my clients is that I will continue to learn alongside them. For that reason, I continually pursue knowledge, seek out different perspectives, and hone my craft. In addition to being a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and PTA Global, I am a certified instructor of TRX, Stick Mobility, and Landmine University. I understand that life comes with a wide range of responsibilities, from work and school to family and social obligations, that can make reaching fitness goals seem impossible. Therefore, using a holistic approach, I use personalized fitness programs and nutrition coaching tailored to each individual’s strengths, experience, and lifestyle to help my clients crack the code to health, fitness, and longevity while still leaving time for life’s other demands. My clients achieve real results for life while still having a life!

Cody is very knowledgeable and responsive to my fitness needs. He completely focuses on me and my goals throughout our sessions. He uses just the right balance of pushing me to challenge myself, encouraging me, educating me in fitness and nutrition, and keeping our sessions fun and light. I have been working out with Cody for several years and of the numerous personal trainers I have worked with over the years Cody is the most knowledgeable and consistent. He keeps me accountable and has helped me learn to challenge myself.

I started training with Cody in 2019 to prepare for a race I wanted to attend. He helped me achieve my goal of completing the race. Cody spends the time to find out what kind of workout you like best and then tailor from there. There were many times that Cody's encouragement made me realize I could do more reps when I thought I couldn't.

I have trained with about 6 people over the last 12 years and Cody is the best of the bunch! He understands how to train older clients too, like me. He knows that the regimen has to be different than that for a twenty something or thirty something. He also has very high ethical standards. You won’t be disappointed!

I worked with my previous coach for eight years and I was initially hesitant to work with someone new, but I've been happily training with Cody for over two years now. From our first session on, he's taken the time to understand my fitness goals and create personalized workout plans to help me achieve them. Cody is not only encouraging and supportive, he pushes me to work harder than I would on my own while making sure I don’t risk injuring myself. Cody is highly knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and he’s always eager to answer my questions. Since I started training with Cody, I've lost weight, gained strength, and improved my overall fitness level. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

Cody is wonderful. I originally got connected with him to address some long term hip issues, which he helped identify and resolve, and then we switched to focusing on gaining strength. I always really enjoy working with him, he makes training fun and educational. He also is a great resource for overall fitness questions, and has encouraged me to try forms of fitness I never would have considered. Definitely would recommend, for both beginners and experienced lifters, Cody is worth it.
