Not only did Cole set me on the track to achieving my fitness goal, he showed me how to live an active lifestyle and achieve a lifelong goal. He's a friendly, helpful and selfless guy who assisted me in our gym when he saw I wasn't utilizing a machine properly. After that, we exchanged phone numbers and he was my personal trainer and dietician advisor. Very professional in what he does, Cole will set you on the track to not only achieve your goal, but learn to live a healthy lifestyle that spans the term of your life!
