- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The consultation and first workout are on me. Pricing after that point is based on goals and training frequency. I have multiple different training programs at various price points to fit every budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
3 Steps: 1) Consultation: The consultation is set up so we get to know each other, I get to understand your goals and where you currently are. I will take you through a movement screening finishing with a free workout. 2) After your consultation and workout, we will discuss what's next. If you decide to move forward, I will get you on a consistent schedule (same days & times each week) so we can get started right away. 3) Start slow, implement good habits, and track progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Kinesiology and Sport Psychology. I have worked with hundreds of clients to improve their performance and transform their lives. My experience is broad and includes years of working in physical therapy, training pro athletes and running group fitness. I hold many certifications including Precision Nutrition Level 1, Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, Bioforce Conditioning, DRVT Restoration and more.
