FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to offer you the best experience possible to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Before beginning your program we'll discuss your personal goals, needs, and schedule. The price of your sessions will depend on frequency as well as if you decide to purchase a pack or do a monthly subscription.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to every potential client. This way we can get to know each other and I can learn more about your needs, exercise experience, and nutrition habits. I strongly believe that along with a trainer being able to give you a high-quality program, a client and trainer should also be able to form a personal relationship. Comfortability is a very large part of a successful trainer-trainee relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from Syracuse University. I am also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and hold a nationally accredited certificate in assisted stretching through the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE). This culmination of training has allowed me to specialize in mobility and flexibility training as well as weight loss and corrective exercise.
