Paola has been a very supportive trainer! She sets realistic expectations for someone at my level who is new to fitness whilst still challenging me. I also appreciate her patience in teaching me as I tend to be slow in learning but she truly cares about me understanding the programs. I've always struggled with maintaining correct posture during workouts so having the 1:1 support has been game changing and highly beneficial. Paola is very knowledgeable and experienced in how to properly perform exercises which is exactly the kind of person I need right now. I'm so grateful I found someone who is able to design a program personalized to my needs and ability. I have uneven shoulders, scoliosis, and weak knees so I was unsure how my body would react to workouts but so far everything actually feels better! It is 100% worth the investment to hire a professional in the training aspect of health so I highly encourage anyone to consider hiring Paola.
