Discounts available for multi-session packages. 📍Train at My Location (MVMT Warehouse Gym: 1370 Garnet Ave San Diego) • 1 Session – $110 • 5 Sessions – $525 ($105/session) • 10 Sessions – $1,000 ($100/session) • 15 Sessions – $1,425 ($95/session) • 20 Sessions – $1,800 ($90/session) 🚗 In-Home/Travel Training (Within 20-Min Drive) • 1 Session – $125 • 5 Sessions – $600 ($120/session) • 10 Sessions – $1,150 ($115/session) • 15 Sessions – $1,650 ($110/session) • 20 Sessions – $2,150 ($105/session) 🌍 Remote Training Options Don’t live in San Diego? Prefer to train from home? I offer two flexible remote training options to help you reach your goals from anywhere. 💻 Live Virtual Training (Zoom or FaceTime) Get the full personal training experience from the comfort of your home. I coach you in real time over video, providing guidance on form, technique, pacing, and motivation — just like I would in person. Rates: • 1 session – $95 • 5 sessions – $450 ($90/session) • 10 sessions – $850 ($85/session) • 20 sessions – $1,600 ($80/session) 🕒 Sessions are one hour and customized to your goals, equipment, and fitness level. 📝 Custom Workout Programming (No Live Coaching) Prefer to train on your own but want expert guidance? I’ll build you a personalized program based on your goals, fitness level, and available equipment — and adjust it weekly as needed. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation (in-person or virtual) to learn about your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations. From there, we schedule your first session, which includes a personalized movement assessment and foundational workout to establish your baseline. If it feels like a good fit, we build a tailored training plan and get to work. My goal is to deliver not just workouts, but real results, education, support, and an enjoyable training experience every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been immersed in high-level athletics for most of my life - from track and field (sprints, hurdles, triple jump), cross country, road races, and swimming, to soccer and tennis. That foundation evolved into a full-time fitness career in Los Angeles, where I taught 25–30+ group fitness classes a week across four gyms, covering everything from strength and conditioning to HIIT, rowing, and mobility. Since moving to San Diego, I’ve continued that journey by managing a gym in Pacific Beach, coaching classes, and building my private training business. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (3+ years), hold a certification in holistic nutrition, and have led over 3,000 classes and private sessions to date. This blend of athletic experience, coaching volume, and formal education helps me create well-rounded programs that are not only effective - but fun.
