Josh knows what he is talking about. He is more than a trainer he is a teacher and you really feel like you are learning about your body when you work with him. That type of information is uncommon and invaluable. He truly cares about his clients as well making himself available for guidance even outside of training hours. There is a clear difference in working with him than other trainers, he puts thought into the workouts so they are mentally and physically stimulating and tracks progress for clients. Without a doubt the best trainer in the San Diego area.

Josh is great! I never believed in personal training because I thought it was over priced...well guess what? I was wrong! Being 60lbs lighter and about 4 clothes sizes down it's safe to say Josh is amazing! He keeps you on track, is there for you when you lose motivation and keeps pushing you. His workout routines are never the same and never boring! Josh has the knowledge and patience to explain you how an exercise works your muscles and how food is related to weightloss/muscle gain. He is truly invested with his clients and is super responsive to all concerns, questions and goals. I am so glad I gave personal training a shot cause I am not sure if I would have made it without Josh!

Josh is extremely knowledgeable beyond just exercise. His understanding of mobility and nutrition is impressive. Understanding the intention of exercises and movements and how they work physiologically has led to great results for me, mentally and physically. Almost as impressive is his knowledge of hip hop and strength of sock game.

Josh is very knowledgeable regarding how the body works, what it needs & a good nutritional foundation. He is very very profeasional, yet personable. If u need motivation when u get stuck, Josh is the one to get u moving again...seriously!

Josh is the best! He is very encouraging and attentive to your needs, like injuries, pains and how hard you’re working. He tailors a plan for each client ahead of time and is flexible based on your progress. Josh checks in on you during the week to see how you feel and is open to holding you accountable in nutrition and exercise. He is also fun to work with and I look forward to my sessions every week.
