Introduction: Hi I’m Malea Wells,
I'm a health and fitness coach (NASM certified & nutrition certified). I’m very passionate about health and fitness and it provides me great joy to help people achieve their health & fitness goals! I fell in love with fitness at a young age and played many competitive sports. Exercise and nutrition became my lifeline as I recovered from a 4-year illness. That taught me firsthand the value of cherishing and taking care of our body through mindset, movement, and the right nutrition.
I have a positive and upbeat attitude that helps me to motivate and challenge my clients to their highest potential. I work with clients of varying age and skill levels. Each client receives custom workouts (and nutritional support if desired) to help them reach their individual health and fitness goals. Common goals include getting in shape, losing fat, building strength, improving cardio function, and receiving nutritional support.
I offer virtual & outdoor training as well as training sessions at PB Fitness’s outdoor rooftop gym (a PB Fitness membership is not required).
