- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer stand alone services but I learned that my clients received bigger transformations when I would package them in 3 month bundles to ensure that my clients have enough time to make a change and stick to it long enough to see their desired results. Services include: -Personal Training -Personalized workouts with videos -Meal Planning/ Nutritional Counseling -Access to my STEW Project app for tracking progress -Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions discussing goals and barriers to change -Bi-weekly group coaching sessions for community and support I typically discuss my clients needs and offer them options of support according to their budget and preferences. *** I offer 35% off all services for individuals who recieve a doctor's referral to see a health coach or exercise physiologist to manage their condition/issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is as follows: 1. We discuss your goals, how you want to reach them and how you want me to support you in the process 2. We agree on payment, coordinate our schedule and then conduct our initial assessment 3. We follow the plan until we see results or modify if needed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science I hold the following certifications: ACSM Exercise Physiologist, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (Mental Health & Emotional Eating Specialist) ACE certified Health Coach, ACE Certified Orthopedic Exercise Specialist & Certified Life Coach through the Transformation Academy I am also CPR BLS certified I have been training for over 8 years and have been a Nutrition Coach for 1. I also have a professional diploma in Nutrition, Food Science and Meal Planning
