Q & A
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to maintaing continuing education credits for multiple certifications, I am a regular guest speaker at my alma mater, San Diego State University, for the Kinesiology department. I am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as hold current certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a USA Weightlifting-Level I Performance Coach.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Unfortunately in California it is not required to have a certification to call yourself a "Personal Trainer". Quality Personal Training is about knowledge, experience, and a passion for the craft. I have worked with hundreds of athletes and private clients over the past decade and I believe I deliver a quality product backed up by a passion for improving lives through fitness.
