My wife and I have a 9-year-old Golden Retriever and a cat who have always either traveled with us or stayed with family. This year, our vacation plans were a little different, and bringing Stella and Shiloh along just wasnt an option.We spent quite a bit of time researching both private and commercial boarding facilities throughout North County and ultimately chose Rancho Bernardo Pet Oasisand were so glad we did.From the start, communication with Steve was easy, responsive, and professional. He offered a meet-and-greet ahead of our trip, as well as a partial-day drop-off to help ensure our pets felt comfortable and familiar with the environment. That extra step really made a difference.The setting itself is a private home, and its clear that Steve treats every pet like part of the family. While we were away, he sent daily photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing Stella and Shiloh were happy, safe, and well cared for.We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Rancho Bernardo Pet Oasis will absolutely be our go-to moving forward, and I highly recommend reaching out to Steve if youre looking for trustworthy, attentive pet care.

Steven's organization is a great resource to have your animal care.Especial thanks goes to Jon who took care of my shepard mix. Jon was hired to make house visits (twice a day - morning and evening). I met Jon independently to introduce to my shepard with Jon prior to his visits. Jon immediately identified issues with my shepard, and contacted me via text and phone and we worked together in resolving my shepards issues. Jon works greatly with large dogs. I am very thankful for Jon's attention and resolution with my shepard.I would definitely recommend the Pet Oasis and their employees. I am very thankful for the Pet Oasis and their flexibility in helping with multi-day visit care5 Stars

My dog loves going to Rancho Bernardo Pet Oasis. He knows as soon as I start heading in Steve's direction. My dog doesn't want to leave and can't wait to see Steve again.

Steve accommodated our dog on short notice over a busy week. Half the time while his house was full of dogs, he had someone come by our home twice a day to walk, feed and play with Sophie. The other half of the week Sophie stayed at Steve's and was able to have other dogs around to play with. She had a great time at Steve's RB Pet Oasis, and I am sure she will return.

Steve at RB pet oasis took phenomenal care of my 11 year old black lab, Louis. We placed him there over Presidents Day weekend and have already booked him in again for Memorial Day. Louis was comfortable and well taken care of. He came home happy. Im looking forward to him staying with Steve again
