Steven's organization is a great resource to have your animal care.Especial thanks goes to Jon who took care of my shepard mix. Jon was hired to make house visits (twice a day - morning and evening). I met Jon independently to introduce to my shepard with Jon prior to his visits. Jon immediately identified issues with my shepard, and contacted me via text and phone and we worked together in resolving my shepards issues. Jon works greatly with large dogs. I am very thankful for Jon's attention and resolution with my shepard.I would definitely recommend the Pet Oasis and their employees. My wife and I have a 9-year-old Golden Retriever and a cat who have always either traveled with us or stayed with family. This year, our vacation plans were a little different, and bringing Stella and Shiloh along just wasnt an option.We spent quite a bit of time researching both private and commercial boarding facilities throughout North County and ultimately chose Rancho Bernardo Pet Oasisand were so glad we did.From the start, communication with Steve was easy, responsive, and professional. He offered a meet-and-greet ahead of our trip, as well as a partial-day drop-off to help ensure our pets felt comfortable and familiar with the environment. That extra step really made a difference.The setting itself is a private home, and its clear that Steve treats every pet like part of the family. While we were away, he sent daily photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing Stella and Shiloh were happy, safe, and well cared for.We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Steve and Shadow are the best. The meet & greet was a great socializing moment for my two pups. They then recognized the house as we approached for drop off and got real excited for their week long stay. Steve kept us updated with daily pictures and videos. Cant ask for much more - thank you, Steve!

Steve is a godsend! We have had several last minute dog sitting needs along with a very long trip this year. He has been so wonderful to work with. He responds quickly and is just a friendly and delightful person. We always feel like our dog is in good hands whether staying at Steve's place or when Steve stops in to ours to walk him.
