Andrade Cooling & Heating is an owner-operated HVAC service serving San Diego County. When you reach out, you’re dealing directly with the person responsible for the work—no sales reps, no handoffs.
I’ve worked in the home service industry for 20+ years, including 7 years here in San Diego. I help homeowners get their AC or heat working again with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and clean, professional service.

Tadeu is an excellent Handyman!
He is super friendly hard working and very down to earth person.
I hired him to fix a thermostat issue at my home. The HVAC unit wiring was all messed up in my condo and Tandeu has to spent long hours to figure out rhe problem. He went extra mile to go to home depot to get a new thermostat as he diagnosed the thermostat I brought from home depot is not working correctly..
He fixed all the wiring issue.
He is a great plumber as well. He installed the water inlet value to my refrigerator.
A very cool guy. Has excellent knowledge of tools. He spent roughly 6 hours to fix the issue of wiring and plumbing and still charged pretty decent.
I highly highly recommend Tadeu.
Note: I am not easy to please. But Tadeu is really good that I am writing such review for him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the actual scope of work. I explain what I'm seeing, what your options are, and the cost before any work begins—no surprise add-ons and no pressure. Discounts may be available for repeat customers or multiple items during the same visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions (what the system is doing, when it started, and the equipment type). Then I schedule a visit, diagnose the issue, and explain what I find in plain language. You'll get clear options and pricing before anything is done. Once you approve, I complete the repair or schedule the installation and keep communication simple and consistent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a California C-20 licensed HVAC contractor and EPA Universal certified. I stay current through ongoing manufacturer training, updated certifications, and continuing education on modern equipment and code requirements. This ensures repairs and installations are done correctly, safely, and to professional standards—whether I'm troubleshooting a complex issue or installing newer systems.
