- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
every 5th hour is discounted. we can provide most services other companies provide as well. Please let us know more about your event and features you would like and we can provide a custom quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to hear more about your event, its theme and colors, then we design a custom template overlay with your choice of number of photos. Once we are settled on the time for the booth, features, and similar details payment is collected. Day of event we come for setup, run the booth, tear-down, and provide an online gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Steven has two years traditional photography experience, and 20 years in event experience running events for 50 to 500 attendees. He has worked in tech since 2001, and has applied all of this experience to the photo booth space.
