Fangting has been very instrumental in making memories for my kids and family. She is super creative. She started with just my son & his wife which turned out beautifully. The photos showed their love for one another. Her next project with them was when they adopted their puppy. She did amazingly well getting great photos of a jumpy, energetic puppy. Most recently, she did a maternity shoot with my daughter in law. She managed to capture the most intimate precious moments of pregnancy. The pictures are amazing. I tear up every time I look at them. We are not finished with her yet. My grandson was born in December so we would love for her to take pictures of the baby along with his parents periodically. I highly recommend her. I would have never guessed by looking at her work that she is so young. The quality coupled with her creativity is absolutely perfect. If I had the option to choose any photographer I wanted to help document those special moments of my grandson as he grows, it would be Fangting.

What we want from a photo session: Every year since we had kids we took a family picture for our Xmas card & for our memory book. After trying out many photographers over 8 years, this year I think we have found an excellent photographer. Fangting was early for our photo session & we were 30 minutes late because we had to drive from Huntington Beach where we live to Poway about 1 hr 45 mins away. We chose this particular location because one of our friends had taken their family portrait here & it turned out great for them. This year we wanted a more industrial-looking backdrop for our annual Xmas card, since we usually end up at the beach or park. When we met Fangting in person she was warm, understanding & pleasant, plus she came prepared. She scouted out the location before we arrived, had drinking water for us & even had snacks for our kids (who are 8 & 5 years old). As we progressed through our session she was very patient, easy to get along with & was open to our suggestions for poses. Our kids actually cooperated during the shoot. We had fun working with her. Delivery & quality of our photos: We had our photo session 11 days before Xmas so we were pressed for time to get our Xmas card done & sent out to our family & friends. I asked Fangting if she could email me 4 good photos before the rest of the photo package was done. She was very accommodating & fast about helping me get my Xmas card done on time! Fangting's photography & editing skills with color & lighting are excellent. I love the sharp, vibrant & beautiful photos of our family this year. Price: Fangting's pricing for our photo shoot is affordable & reasonable for us. Overall: Communication between us & Fangting was easy & stress-free. Quality of our photos were fantastic or should I say Fangtastic :-). Delivery of our photos was fast. Price was affordable. I really appreciate a great professional who exceeds my expectations bc it saves me time & energy and makes my life easier.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to provide a very high value of work. I want you to be happy with the experience and the photos so that you can remember these special moments forever. My prices may not be the cheapest but with years of experience, etc you'll find that you receive more value that you may expect for the investment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love having the chance to meet in person to discuss your needs. I go over the process of the shoot depending on what it is and show you examples that will be similar to yours. We all discuss specific requests you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer of weddings since 2010. I have shot all different kinds of wedding, different sizes, venues, cultures ... i haven't done it all but I'm getting pretty close ;)
