If we could put a zero we would. Need I remind this young lady who I am, Paul Anderberg. She did our wedding almost 2 years ago. Everything seemed fine and professional and she did a great job on the pictures, no complaints there. However we were told that after 1 year the digital files would be ours. Also we paid a few hundred dollars more to get 1 album made... still haven't got that either.
So fast forward to almost 2 years since our wedding with countless emails, texts and phone calls and still no resolution. My wife did get an email response once that read she had a friend pass away and that has delayed our final products. This was months after we were supposed to get our product. I understand that life happens, no problem. Unfortunately we have been more than patient with this company, this person, but this is beyond unprofessional. This is down right shady. Until this issue is resolved rest assured we will be making every attempt to ensure she either 1, resolves this in a professional manner or 2, we make sure every website reviewable for her company receives a message similar to this.

Vanessa did live concert photography for COMA Music Magazine and did an outstanding job. She even braved super crazy mosh pits to get some great shots!

Scheduled a half-hour photo shoot to capture my growing family. We used Vanessa once before after the birth of my first son and it seemed natural to ask her for a repeat. She responded quickly, arrived on time, and took absolutely amazing pictures. Her talent was also showcased by making sure that the prints we purchased were of the highest quality from the printer. Overall a wonderful experience...again!

Vanessa is an excellent photographer and goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is pleased with the results of her work. She is very low-key and works with the client in a cooperative and informal manner. We made all the shots outdoors, and she had excellent ideas for the proper background for each series of photos. She shot multiple takes at each location, from varied angles and poses to ensure that when we wrapped up for the day, we had at least 20+ shots for me to review and select. I recommend her without reservation.
