Introduction: As a certified and experienced health and fitness professional, I take personal responsibility for improving and instilling healthy living to all those around me. My goal is to exceed expectations when improving my clients' body composition, strength and confidence. With a personal training model that provides a structured framework, the client becomes and stays healthy though regular exercise sessions, planned and executed nutrition, stretching and cardiovascular exercise.
Also catering to the tenacious and experienced athlete, my extensive training in just about every sport has taught me
how proper coordination and athleticism makes a better athlete and prevents injuries.
I specialize in anyone, from a mom with three kids trying to fit back into those size-6 jeans to experienced athletes
trying to lean up, lose that last bit of body fat and get that beach body perfected and making a positive impact in young
athletes or just youth wanting to be in better shape.
