I tracked down creators, MEC Design & Install, when we decided to add a Murphy bed/storage cabinets to our guest bedroom. We told Ryan what we envisioned for our addition, and he went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly that. Ryan hunted down the original finish to make sure the bed matched our existing cabinets exactly. It was his teams first Murphy bed and they did an excellent job.Ryans team member, Ramon, built our bed and cabinets in a week. Ramon has an amazing attention to detail and spent extra time working through the finer details of the project. Both Ryan and Ramon kept us in the loop with new developments and questions as the project took place. Ramons expertise and attention to detail resulted in a high-quality installation that we couldn't be more happy with. Being a single woman and not knowing much about mechanics, plumbing or electrical, it is very stressful to hire someone and just trust them to honestly repair what is wrong without upcharge and unnecessary repairs.   I requested three different estimates . There was one that only had 2 stars … I was not sure if I should even engage with him.   Was I happy I did. Diego was very courteous, quick to respond and answer my   question's on the phone, so I decided to meet with him and show him the repairs I needed.   He and his team arrived on time. He could have told me that 100% replacement of my doors was needed and I would have approved, because I lack the knowledge and that was the worst case scenario in my mind.    He was very knowledgeable, and gave me options to repair my doors.   I ended up spending a $120.00 instead of $850.00 dollars another handyman quoted.   I could not be happier not only with the cost but with the repairs completed that resolved the problem.   He is a keeper !
