Sally O. says, "We started planning our event last winter with Alex and Eddie of Chef at Home Catering. I knew I wanted to highlight grilled veggies in season as our showcase. At our brainstorming session, both Alex and Eddie helped us develop a menu that was essence of what we wanted. They came back to me with 14 suggestions that all sounded delicious. It was tough but we narrowed it down to 6 selections. We had our event on June 7th and it was fabulous! Well prepared, on time, and ready to go at our start time of 11am. Alex and Eddie were focused on delivering the best service and serving a quality product. And yes, they delivered on both counts! Each appetizer was delicious. The combination of the virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and ripe veggies was so simple yet, so delious! My two favorite appetizers were the grilled corn salad with avocado and the tomato bruschetta-they would be perfect for any occasion. It is my pleasure to recommend this company for any type of company or family event. These men are professional first. Gentlemen throughout the day. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
