Our Team of USA Certified Swim Coaches, Red Cross Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors work with both families and businesses alike. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see website and/or contact us as each lesson plan is individualized based on your needs and the number of swimmers in the group.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All registration and payment is done on our website prior to the start of lessons. Once we receive this information we then schedule lessons with an instructor. Normally lessons begin 3-5 days after you are fully registered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed Training Providers of the American Red Cross. Our team consists of highly experienced swim instructors that are former competitive swimmers. Each instructor has a minimum of 2 years teaching experience; our average experience is 10 years. We are Red Cross certified in WSI, CPR & some of us are Lifeguard certified as well.
