I had a defendant who had effectively avoided service including service by the clerk of the court. A case that has been continued for almost two years. I now live 1850 miles away and didn't want to fly to court without a hard service. My dysfunctional friends couldn't get a good serve and file a proof of service.
Peter Barranco was all business and fast. He served two summons for me the same day. What a relief off my shoulders to finally find someone who is reliable and knows what he's doing. We were getting close to deadline and he got my papers filed with the clerk right away.
I was skeptical at first but, his response was immediate and his rate was so affordable I decided to tip him extra for expediting my service. If you need someone served in San Diego I would highly reccomend Peter Barranco. It was less than I expected....fast and fair. It's nice to have someone on your side that cares. My experience with Guardian Investigations was far better than I could have ever hoped for. I had a defendant I believed would be extremely difficult to serve in a timely manner as she is known to hide from anyone she suspects is "out to get her." I anticipated many attempts and even the possibility that a stake out might be necessary in order to accomplish service. Much to my amazement, Peter managed to serve the defendant on his very first try. I was stunned and extremely relieved that it was done so quickly.
Peter Barranco was very responsive to my needs. He provided a quote for his services promptly. He met with me at the time we agreed to meet and was right on time. His fee was very reasonable, especially in light of the difficulties I anticipated he would encounter accomplishing service on this defendant. I was more than happy to pay him for his services. Peter was professional and understanding and did everything he said he would do. Plus, he's just a nice guy - very easy to talk to.
