We began using Stay Classy Homes to manage our rental property on Cape Cod and WOW!, we couldn't be happier. All of the headaches and nuisance associated with renting our property just disappeared when we handed over management to Stay Classy. They do all the hard and dirty work that you don't want to deal with. Finding cleaners to come in after each guest visit was always an issue for us but Stay Classy has cleaning contacts everywhere and and they've made it so easy. Maintenance issue in the middle of the night? No problem, Stay Classy has it covered. No more guest phone calls disturbing your peace and quiet. Stay Classy does it all. We are getting older and were thinking of not renting our property any more because of all the time it takes to provide a good rental experience. Well Stay Classy eliminated all of our concerns and now we're renting as frequently as we want without the bother. Their customer support is first class. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
