Since I was a kid I always the guy that you went to chat with when you needed advice or someone to help solve a problem. I’m big on listening to what people want and need and translating that into a plan to bring those goals to reality. I’ve now been doing that with clients for the last 11 years.

Patrick was a fantastic resource through the entire process of buying our first home. We had a few set backs along the way but Patrick was consistently professional and knowledgeable. We eventually wound up in a home we are really happy with and we have Patrick to thank. He understood well what we were looking for. As a native of San Diego, he has a great understanding of the neighborhoods and property values/trends. He was extremely helpful understanding the value of a home and the value of work that may be needed in the future.
