Since I was a kid I always the guy that you went to chat with when you needed advice or someone to help solve a problem. I’m big on listening to what people want and need and translating that into a plan to bring those goals to reality. I’ve now been doing that with clients for the last 11 years.

Patrick was a fantastic resource through the entire process of buying our first home. We had a few set backs along the way but Patrick was consistently professional and knowledgeable. We eventually wound up in a home we are really happy with and we have Patrick to thank. He understood well what we were looking for. As a native of San Diego, he has a great understanding of the neighborhoods and property values/trends. He was extremely helpful understanding the value of a home and the value of work that may be needed in the future. He referred us to several competent inspectors when needed and we were very happy with all of their services. I absolutely recommend Patrick without any reservation!

Patrick is very knowledgeable and diligent. He helped us sell two different condos, one recently and the other about 4 years ago. We had really good experiences with him and he is very helpful. I would highly recommend him for the real estate needs whether it's selling or buying a property. He is very dependable and hard working! Oh! He is also very very honest and he will not keep anything from you! We ran into an issue when selling our condo this time in August 2024 and he came up with a solution pretty quickly and we were able to close escrow thanks to him!
