Wow, I don't know if I can't even begin to explain enough about how very happy we are with our new backyard. We just hope the photos we took showing the progression that took place during the renovation will give Suriel's impeccable work the shout-out justice it deserves.
From start to finish, Suriel and his dedicated team (who included Juan and others) worked long and hard hours, day and night, rain or shine to turn my water-guzzling and un-used backyard into an oasis that boast family entertainment and restful appreciation any time of the day or night. Suriel was very patient and open to my specific needs and budget. He was very flexible, thoughtful and kind; it's very rare to find an honest contractor who goes above and beyond a "handyman's" job description. I went through so many other contractors who even suggested that I use the equity from my house in order to obtain the backyard renovation project I needed - which included removal of our 20 year old gazebo, replacing our patchy lawn, erecting a permanent all- seasonal gazebo, and storage shed. Suriel deferred from the other contractors I consulted with and he stood out because he listened to my needs versus my wants. After interviewing sooo many other professionally known establishments out there, I chose Suriel and his team of industrious men... and frankly, I don't think I could've made a better choice. Suriel not only gave me a backyard that I needed; Suriel also saved me from spending sooo much more than I probably would've spent if I had chosen another "handyman."
I hope the before and after attached pictures lend itself to describe what I mean. My family, neighbors and friends are so impressed with the completion... and so am I.

Suriel did a fantastic job of installing a wall of tile in my living room. It looks amazing! He was knowledgeable about his work and was the only one who noticed that the wall had a pocket door built into it and suggested that the wall might need additional support. Communication was excellent, letting us know when he would arrive each day, updating us on progress and date of expected completion. He was pleasant and easy to have around, did a great job of cleaning up when the project was over and his workmanship was impeccable!

Suriel called me right away and quoted a very reasonable price to install 5 - 4’ x 16’ Sail Canopies on our existing Patio Cover. He was able to come the same day and completed the installation checking in with me on decisions and moving the 1st one until it was just right before installing all 5. He was very nice, capable, professional and polite. He also cleaned up the boxes and debris before leaving. We are having him come back to do more lighting and electrical work as soon as he is available!

Surreal did the best job on a job nobody wanted to do because of the complexity and liability. Not only did he come everyday on time. He did exceptional work a true gentleman and workmanship. You can trust him totally, honest reliable and trustworthy. Are but three words that come to my mind. So if you need a tile guy he is your man look no further.
