- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have designed the process to be convenient, thorough, and highly personalized because job searching can already feel overwhelming. First, I will confirm the service or package that best fits your needs. Once your order is processed, I will guide you through a comprehensive, interview-style information-gathering process that you can complete at your convenience. It is designed to help me understand your: ✅ Professional history ✅ Target positions ✅ Accomplishments and measurable results ✅ Skills and areas of expertise ✅ Education and credentials ✅ Leadership contributions ✅ Career goals and preferred direction You may also upload your current resume, selected job postings, and other supporting documents. Having the information documented allows me to review your background carefully, identify valuable details that may be overlooked during a general call, and produce a stronger and more accurate initial draft. If I need clarification after reviewing your information, or if there are final details that would benefit from a discussion, we can arrange a call at that stage. Once I have the necessary information, I will begin developing your career materials. Your initial draft will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. When I send the initial resume draft, I will also provide the applicable ATS and keyword-alignment reports so you can clearly see the strategy behind the document.
