Mo's roofing did an excellent job on our sunrooms roof. Finally no more leaks as we had rain storm for 2 or 3 days right after. Sealed off skylight too. Repaired gutters. Very reasonable great rating with Chamber if Commerce and Angie's ListProvided us with copy of license and insurance. I had already doubled checked license with calif board.

We bought a house in San Diego that had been flipped by making only cosmetic coverups of some pretty big problems. Mo put a new roof on in a few days in time to beat the first rainy day in months. The old roof he removed had no plywood under it and lots of flawed flashing. Good job, on time, at a fair price.

Working with Mo was a great experience.He provided us a detailed quote that was very competitive. Once we met with him and signed the contract , he started our job that week. That was important to us because we trying to renew our indurance. He is very professional and always answered our calls(not something we've experienced with other contractors). We were extremely happy with the project. He even put a roof on our pergola and painted the wood tomatch our existing wood.His company is not as big as others but you will get that personal touch .
