Mo's roofing did an excellent job on our sunrooms roof. Finally no more leaks as we had rain storm for 2 or 3 days right after. Sealed off skylight too. Repaired gutters. Very reasonable great rating with Chamber if Commerce and Angie's ListProvided us with copy of license and insurance. I had already doubled checked license with calif board.

I would highly recommend Mos Professional Roofing. Mo came out immediately to assess the roof leaks, then came back a few days later to seal up cracks around the vents and seems of our flat roof. Mo was super responsive and sent me before and after images so I could fully understand the issue. He even followed up after the rain to ensure the leaks were solved. He educated me on flat roof maintenance and weve already signed up for routine maintenance for next year. I wish all contractors were this responsive and communicative. You will not be disappointed!

We bought a house in San Diego that had been flipped by making only cosmetic coverups of some pretty big problems. Mo put a new roof on in a few days in time to beat the first rainy day in months. The old roof he removed had no plywood under it and lots of flawed flashing. Good job, on time, at a fair price.

I had a leak in my roof that was caused by damage to the underlayment under the tile, next to the vent tube. Mo quickly identified the problem and supported his findings with pictures of the damaged area. In addition, he checked the roof for any potential problems that needed repairs. He gave me an estimate right away and after we agreed on the price, I signed the contract with Mo to perform the repairs. His pricing was fair and straightforward and the job was completed few days later for the price he quoted me.Mo was great!!! He kept me inform each step of the process including before and after pictures. The quality of his work is impactful and if I ever need any roofing repairs, I will definitely call Mo again. And I highly recommend that you hire Mo as well for your roofing needs. You wont be disappointed. I think that Mo really cares about the customer and he will go the extra mile to do the best work possible and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the job he did for you.Mo is the most professional and respectful person. He is supper nice, patient and easy to talk to. Most of all, Mo follows the policies and rules required for licensed contractors. His estimates and contracts are the most detailed and comprehensive documents I have seen in a while.
