- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have a natural fiber rug, like wool, silk found in Persian and Oriental rugs, or Cotton or Jute, you'll need an off-site water immersion rug washing, the kind we offer. (Do no use an in-home "carpet cleaning" method, it probably will damage it). We recently checked and our prices are the best in San Diego. We offer discounts for synthetic fiber rugs for the same type of washing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can get a quote, then order on the phone and arrange a pickup and delivery. Otherwise, you can drop your rug off at our store, 7996 Miramar Road, San Diego, CA, 92126.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are third-generation rug seller and rug cleaners. We know the difference between the different kind of fibers and rug weaves. If your rug is prone to running its natural colors, we'll be aware and apply the best cleaning method so as not to damage it and to get the best result. We are also experts in stain removal, and rug repair, for example, re-weaving and re-tassling. We can also re-color or dye your rug, or even customize rugs, such as changing the size or shape.
