I worked with Gio for about a year and i went from being a chubby kid who threw up after every workout to in shape and chiseled after 7 months of hard work and training from gio. I lost 40 lbs and i couldn’t have done it without gio pushing me to my limit everyday. With that being said I highly recommend gio as a your perfect trainer to help you reach your goals. - Grant Chapman

This man is the best. Not only he was a coach but he was a friend in his own way and helped me through the hardest time but also got me to the level i wanted to and can not wait to get to the level I want. Highly recommend training with him and a plus if you are trying to get someone that is more than a coach.
