- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge double driving fee for any driving we have. We also charge 3hr minimum that's a bussiness standard. Any heavy items above 200lbs we charge extra fee. All sales are final there is no refunds and we ask customers to double check ✔️ the truck that is empty and make sure we left nothing in the house and a truck after the payment is completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask for your email and physical addresses and send you confirmation that you got booked for the date and time that we discussed on the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured since 2015 in State of California. Our movers have at least 2 years of experience prior being hired for.
