Ambitious, creative and a born leader, Jenn has over eight years of industry experience. Her expertise in analyzing brand performance, predicting product trends, and developing compelling strategies allows Jenn to successfully conceptualize innovative initiatives, dramatically increase brand awareness, and drive sales. A Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Global Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies - combined with her natural savoir-faire and extensive project management experience - afford Jenn the skills to accomplish tasks and projects within different areas of expertise while directing multiple projects with competing deadlines. Before launching DCM, she was recruited for a leadership role within a multi-million-dollar tech company. As the Brand & Marketing Manager for AXMentor, Inc., Jenn rebranded the organization within eight months to convey its superior values and services. This rebranding resulted in a fresh take on AXMentors already stellar reputation as Microsoft® Partner. She directed and delivered a modernized new logo, a new fully-responsive website, sleek and standardized collateral, developed policies and procedures, and launched new internal and external communication platforms including Yammer, social medias, email marketing, and much more. Jenn then spearheaded the growth and management of all digital platforms and produced innovative initiatives in a traditionally conservative industry. She also coached her team to ensure a unified message across all collateral and communications, ultimately raising the team's ability to deliver and exceed expectations. Previously as a Publicist at c3 Communications, Inc., Jenn served as a vital member of the agency's executive team and helped strategically manage all agency accounts and the 15 national tours, expos and festivals that c3 promotes annually. In addition to being a Publicist, Jenn also served as the Division Manager for c3's brand ambassador division, better known as c3 Street Team®. Jenn launched and developed this division, creating a new revenue stream for the agency. Before joining c3, Jenn was the Interim Public Relations Manager at The Salvation Army (TSA). Her experience at TSA included the planning and success of "The Salvation Army Red Kettle Kick-Off" half-time show with the San Diego Chargers, and facilitating partnerships with the San Diego Padres and Jerome's® Furniture Stores. She also aided in the development of various programs including The Trish and Ryan Mathews Door of Hope Chest, and provided public relations counsel and crisis planning & response to emergencies and natural disasters such as the Japanese Tsunami of 2011. Jenn has a dynamic spirit and is a burst of positive energy. Always up to take on the next challenge and eager to immerse herself in multiple projects, she has proven herself as an integral part of each project and campaign she works on. When not in the office, you can find Jenn enjoying the outdoors with her furbaby & partner-in-crime, Maggie May.
