When he came to the house, Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and clear in his explanations. I have no background in home renovations, and he took the time to explain the structural considerations and process in a way that was easy to understand. Several other engineering firms quoted several thousand dollars and proposed complex evaluations with long timelines. After the site visit, Alex worked with me to identify exactly what the city required and focused only on the essentials, minimizing both cost and turnaround time. He charged on a per-service basis and was very transparent about pricing and scope. Throughout the plan development process, he maintained clear and consistent communication. The city ultimately accepted his drawings without issue and approved the permit. I highly recommend Trust Engineering Solutions for residential projects and will continue to work with them for any future home renovations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to schedule a call with all new customers to understand the budget, timeline, the wish list and the expectations. We will then layout a timeline that matches client's specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelors and Masters from Purdue University in Indiana. After my schooling I have worked in a variety of sectors in construction ranging between: security engineering, fabrication, commercial/residential design and structural assessments.
