- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very reasonable prices, as a bride or any client attending an event, there's a lot on ones mind and worring about having enough money is something i try to prevent, my prices are not the cheapest out there but I promise they will not leave you broken
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client consolation, I always try my best to figure out exactly what my clients and brides need to look and feel amazing
