We had a small area of soft floor in the bathroom which has Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. It seem to be the subfloor. Yuri responded quickly to my job request and came over to review the problem. He showed me his plan of attack! While it was around year end, we were able to schedule the work for January 15th. Yuri arrived promptly at 8:00 AM ready to meet the challenge! He made his plan how to remove the flooring planks and went to work. An hour in, he had uncovered the problem shown in the photos. In 4 hours, Yuri made the repairs! Installed all the planks and replace the baseboard! Cheers, Tom

I had water damage from cat pee on the floor trim in my closet. I didn't really know how best to repair it, especially to prevent the damage from happening again. Yuri quickly responded, understood the issue, recommended a solution that would be water proof and talked me through several different options and price quotes. he really understood the assignment! finally, he came today and finished the job faster than I expected and now the trim is clean, caulked, and water-proofed. he even went above and beyond and offered to touch up some scratches on my floor for free. couldn't be happier, he was friendly, courteous, responsive and forthright. before and after photos of the damaged area, I told him that it didn't need to look exactly the same, just had to be waterproof and he delivered. 10/10

Yuri responded right away, gave is a reasonable quote for the job amd came back within the next week to complete the job. He replaced about 70sqft of our flooring where our floorboards had been scratched up and worn out due to water. Our floors looks great now, like new.
