Very quick to respond to messages. Were able to fit me in their schedule the next day. Competitive pricing and very professional. It was a pleasant experience. Did a drain cleaning and refill on my spa. Plan on hiring them for weekly maintenance.

In a time of subpar customer service and shoddy work Devin is a breath of FRESH AIR!!! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in teaching me what I needed to know to maintain my spa. He was easy to talk to, was warm and friendly toward my kids, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up more than what he used to complete to job. I would HIGHLY recommend using Devin if you need Pool or Spa care. I especially liked that he was upfront and transparent about the things I needed and did not need. No sales pitches, no pressures to buy anything or pay for more services. I offered to have him come repeat the service in a few weeks and he explained how I could save money by doing a portion of it myself and I really appreciate that. I feel good to be able to support a small business owner who made me felt like we’d known each other for years. As a single woman it’s nice to feel that I wasn’t gotten over on and that Devin treated me as he would want his personal friends and family to be treated. I only wish I had more work to do because I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Done even think twice about using his service. He’s awesome.

Devin came out and brought my spa back to life. I haven’t used it in some time so it was pretty dirty. He thoroughly cleaned the inside and the cover and added the necessary chemicals to my caldera and filled it up. He was very professional and punctual and I would recommend him to anyone who needs their spa and/or pool serviced. Thanks Devin!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are always very accurate. The best way to get the most accurate quote is to send pictures of your pool, or to do a free consultation/inspection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting is a very friendly and informative one. I simply explain what I do and what my job entails, no sales pitch needed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had an extensive apprenticeship with a very well established pool cleaning company and I am also a NSPF Certified Pool Operator, making me trained and knowledgeable in maintaining both residential and large commercial swimming pools.
