We are getting ready to host an event at our house, and every summer our pool seems to battle stubborn algae\. Clint was able to come out the very next day, and from the start he was communicative, friendly, and upfront about the costs and the work that needed to be done\.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If we agree to a monthly price for a 6 month period I offer a free filter cleaning. I also will give a discount if a customer provides me with a new customer in the neighborhood.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a new customer we will start with a consultation and we can discuss what the customer needs are first. I provide a weekly service which includes skimming the service, brushing the pool walls, inspection of the pool equipment and regulation of water chemistry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background as a paramedic taught me the importance of attention to detail, safety, and following established procedures. Combined with my military experience and years of coaching, I've developed a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service skills. I'm a quick learner and committed to using industry best practices to provide consistent, high-quality pool maintenance.
