FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs start with a diagnostic service ($130) which includes up to the first hour onsite. This allows me to properly identify the root cause and avoid unnecessary repairs. If additional time or repairs are needed, I’ll explain everything clearly before moving forward. Parts and additional labor are billed separately as needed. I focus on accurate diagnosis and long-term solutions, not guesswork or quick fixes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll review the issue and gather as much information as possible. If needed, I’ll have you send photos so I can get an initial idea. From there, I schedule a diagnostic visit where I go through the system in detail to identify the root cause. After that, I’ll explain the issue clearly and walk you through the best options for repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and a licensed contractor in California (C-61/D-35). I’ve spent years working hands-on with equipment and also training teams on proper diagnostics, water chemistry, and system performance.
