Kyle was fantastic in completing my 2024 state and federal income taxes. I highly recommend him! He is undoubtedly a very experienced "numbers guy." I truly appreciated his willingness to complete my taxes on the weekend in my apartment since I no longer drive. He was fast and entirely up to date on his tech. I would give him 10 stars if I could! Great rates, too. I plan to hire him again next year and refer him to anyone else who is looking for an exceptional taxpreparer.

I worked with Kyle to file back taxes and he was a huge help. I had to delay things multiple times as we waited for Wells Fargo to provide some documents that were no longer accessible and Kyle was helpful through the whole process, as well as having good prices compared to others I talked to

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee includes federal and state filing fees. The fee I quote is a flat fee...no hidden fees are added. The fee charged is based on the complexity of the return.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An integral part of our services is to work closely with you so you can make the right decisions! The first step in partnering with you is one of the most important steps for North County Mobile Notary and Tax.
We set up a time to review your situation, an in-depth phone call or zoom session with lots of questions to get to know your particular situation. We are consistent, patient and professional, giving you the attention you deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With regards to tax preparation, I complete the Federal & State required continuing education each year.
I also keep current on all of the latest news and laws and how it may impact my clients.
