Private Tennis Instruction
My 8 year kiddo was reluctant to try getting some tennis classes, but Daryl is great. He is patient, always very professional and a great coach and teacher. My kid started to hit better and he is getting more excited about tennis now. I'm so happy to see my kid making progress and enjoying himself.Aug 5, 2016Verified

Great tennis coach, especially so close to where we live. We feel like our back-hand shots have improved a lot in just 4 sessions with Daryl, and are hopefully on the right paths to fixing our serves as well. He does give useful tips about our forehand shots that we are okay at, to make them even better. Thanks for being a good and especially a patient coach, which we believe is the most important quality in any teaching profession.Mar 26, 2016Verified
I knew nothing about tennis when I met Daryl. He is really patient and nice. Now I can play with others. And the most important thing is that he raises my interest in tennis and I want to play every day!May 29, 2015Verified
My husband and I started taking beginners tennis lessons with Daryl last month. Under his guidance, we quickly picked up the game. Daryl is a patient teacher. He keeps his lessons interesting by varying the exercises. We strongly recommend Daryl to the beginners of all ages.Jun 20, 2014
Daryl had me hitting the ball over the net on the first day. He is patient, and a very effective teacher both in how he figures out what is holding you back and in quickly helping you over come it! You will not regret working with him!Jul 10, 2014
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No it's pretty simple as can be seen on my profile. The ore lessons one books at a time, the better the pricing. This goes for numbers of students as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I absolutely do; tennis is a lifetime of learning, you are never completely "there". I read about tennis, I look at many you tube video instruction and I get regular online tips not only in playing, but teaching instruction as well. Even the greatest pros in the world need help. Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and more, all have coaches to help them compete at a high level and improve.
- How did you get started doing this type of work? After I volunteered for the Special Olympics National tennis team in 2011, I found it very rewarding and I knew this is what I should do and where I wanted to be: coaching and teaching tennis.
