- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on length of time it takes to do the job. Type of material customer picked out. Also if foam needs to be replaced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a feel what the customer is looking to reupholstered. If customer can send some pictures. This will help in figuring labor, amount of fabric that might be needed. Then work up a rough estimate up. If customer wants to move forward, then recommend they come to my showroom. They can then look for fabric. Recommend they take the sample books home to see how the fabrics they picked out, look like in their home. Then will work up the final estimate. If customer is not able to come to my showroom, then we can schedule a time for me to come to your location.

Residential, commercial, military. Currently doing work with Wells Fargo Bank, Sea World, Navy Seals, local restaurants.
