I had some peel and stick wallpaper for a wall in my bathroom. A previous installer had said I did not have enough wallpaper, so I had to order some more. Then I found M&V. He was responsive, on time and very knowledgeable about wallpaper. In fact, he was able to cover my wall with the wallpaper I had first bought, without having to use the newly purchased roll [which was a slightly different color]. He is professional, precise and a perfectionist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fred did an amazing job installing wallpaper to one of our living room walls. He was very professional through all the steps (i.e applying the glue, cutting the paper and installing to the wall), and he did a great job finding the match of the pattern in the paper when installing pieces next to each other. The finish product exceeded our expectations. He was also very responsive from the beginning, and left the leaving area as clean as he had found it.

Tried to tell me the highly rated peel and stick product I was looking for help to install was, "not workable material," and is a "nightmare" to work with. Considering it took a mere few hours to install and was very very easy ... I'm left with the feeling that he just didn't want an easier project that wasn't going to cost as much as his usual. It's unfortunate, considering he touted his 40 years in the business, yet didn't know I've been in real estate for quite a bit of time myself ... and constantly adding wallpaper to projects and was on the lookout for a new go-to.

TEN STARS for Max! I hired someone from Angie's list (now "Angi/Home Advisor.) Ever again! The guy changed the arrival time, did a crappy installation, blamed the wallpaper company for the pattern not matching, then had to leave to go pick up hi daughter leaving the job 1/3 rd done resulting my having to pay my painters who were there working on another job, to take down and clean the wallpaper, clean off all the glue left on the wall and my having to have my painter/plasterer to come back, patch the damaged plasterer, and re-prime the entire wall! I wish I had hired MAX for the get go! It would have saved me a lot of time, trouble, and grief! Thank Max, you're the best!!

This is my second review:
We hired Max for a second job. The job entailed hanging a chandelier and mandolin on a high vaulted ceiling and to add a mandolin to the chandelier he had installed last time. He once again did a terrific job and very quickly. We didn't have long enough screws for the project so Max very kindly went to Home Depot to get them. He even accommodated the time slot we really wanted him to come at. I highly recommend Max, the Jack of all Trades.
I highly recommend Max. He showed up a few minutes early, took his shoes off, and got straight to work. He was very fast and efficient. We were shocked how much he got done in just one day. He skimmed our wall because it had texture. Then he noticed the painter that painted our walls 10 years ago had gone over in some areas which was an eyesore. Max went to Home Depot and picked up paint samples and fixed the errors. Then he built our chandelier, adjusted it to the size we wanted, and installed it. He applied the wallpaper seamlessly. He did an excellent job mounting the mirror. I was also pleasantly surprised he didn't make a huge mess when skimming our wall. Especially because in all the youtube videos I watched everyone said it can get really messy. Over all he did a terrific job and would definitely hire him again.
