- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process for Working with New Customers: Initial Contact & Assessment – We begin with a phone call or site visit to understand the issue (water damage, mold, fire, etc.) and assess the scope of work needed. Detailed Inspection – A certified technician conducts a thorough inspection using industry tools and experience to identify all areas affected. Estimate & Explanation – We provide a detailed, transparent estimate. If it's an insurance claim, we can coordinate with your adjuster and use Xactimate pricing. Approval & Scheduling – Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the work at your convenience and set clear expectations for timelines. Restoration Work – We perform all necessary remediation or restoration work using professional equipment and IICRC-certified methods. Final Walkthrough – After completion, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure you're fully satisfied and answer any remaining questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed General B Contractor in the state of California, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and restoration industries. In addition to my contractor’s license, I hold certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification), the nationwide standard of care firm for water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire recovery. I combine technical expertise with industry-recognized training to deliver reliable, high-quality restoration services.
