- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep things simple and fair. Most of our work is priced by the job, not the hour. So you know what to expect. No surprise fees. If there’s ever something that could change the price (like parts or added work), we’ll always talk it through first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a quick chat; either over the phone or by text to learn about the job and what you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll either give a clear quote or schedule a time to come by if it’s something we need to see in person. Once scheduled, we show up on time and keep you in the loop every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings years of hands-on experience in home repairs, installations, and handyman services. We’ve worked in construction, maintenance, and renovations, and we stay sharp by learning as we go.
