- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally prefer to quote a price for the project upfront. Sometimes we bill hourly, just depending on the type and scope of the project, and what woks best for each situation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing Management. After graduation, I worked as Marketing Director and Web Master at a major media company for nearly a decade. During that time, I managed all aspects of the marketing, event promotion, and online assets for several radio station groups. I also had the opportunity to work with dozens of small businesses, assisting in creating promotional opportunities and marketing strategies. My experience and passion for marketing and design is what led me to start my own company, which strives to help other small businesses succeed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with small businesses and non-profits of all types. We do a lot of logo design, business card design and printing, flyers/posters, print ads, banner ads, as well as website design and maintenance.
