FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing has a starting value that is listed on stealyourtaste.catering or provided as a quote through Thumbtack. Our strength is our customized menus. We believe that you know what you want and we want to guide you to that vision. The professional service, sales and chefs all believe that you are our top priority.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and communicate to get specific about expectations. A communication begins with menu and service needs. Once a menu is determined and all the details are confirmed we move forward as discussed per customer. A contract is made for review and confirmation. Payment arrangements are then discussed. The process is a continuous conversation even after the event has occurred. It is important that the customer feel comfortable and confident in Steal Your Taste. References are available upon request.
