- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved photography and took my first (film!) photography course in high school. I have always loved the visual arts and went to school to study architecture. I didn't decide to pursue photography full time as a profession until after my own wedding in 2006. During the planning process I fell head over heels with wedding photography and the rest is, as they say - history. I started off photographing primarily weddings but as my family grew and I had children of my own I discovered a passion for lifestyle family photography as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my clients hire me for either wedding photography (including engagement photography) or lifestyle family portrait photography. I love to capture real life moments and events.
