Heather is an amazing planner! After our first initial meeting, we hired her for our outdoor wedding in Lake Tahoe and she quickly convinced us she would do a great job. Not only does she have a friendly and caring personality, but she also has an excellent work ethic.
Heather really understood what we wanted (we had a rock concert motif) and was able to transform all of our ideas into a style that represented us perfectly. She even took charge of many of our DIY projects (e.g. souvenir concert T's at our "merch table", concert tickets from our "will call" for table seating, etc.) and helped us prepare and organize much of the decor (e.g. famous concert venues such as "The Fillmore" for table names). So many of our guests told us they had a fun time at our wedding and loved the cute, unique theme. Finally, Heather managed all of our vendors and other small details so that we could simply enjoy our wedding day.
I have since hired Heather to do my baby shower in the Bay Area (rustic motif) & a bachelorette party in Palm Springs (mid century motif). Both events were perfectly executed and I received numerous compliments from guests each time.
I highly recommend Heather for her strong organizational skills, her attention to detail, and for just being so easy and pleasurable to work with. 5 stars!

We had our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn near San Diego. I was convinced that we could plan the entire wedding by ourselves, but Heather showed me I was wrong! She was a fantastic wedding planner and coordinator from day one. She got us in order, reviewed all our vendors and gave us a lot of advice. I wish we had hired her for "full planning" service since it would have saved us a lot of time with her knowledge of local vendors. She thinks of every detail and is very professional. The day of the wedding, she ran the show like a pro which really let us enjoy our big day in peace. Thank you also for introducing us to your wonderful husband and recommending him to be our videographer. Christophe did an excellent job. He is very talented and delivered the exact video we wanted with his own personal touches. He definitely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend his videography services too!

We are so happy we found Heather & Christophe to be our Wedding Coordinator & Videographer. They are the cutest husband & wife team in San Diego! We initially tried to find vendors locally since we got married at Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano, but the prices were ridiculous. We hired Heather as our Month/Day of Coordinator, but she gave much more. Heather was very patient throughout the entire process and helped us stay on track. She ran the show perfectly day of so my husband & I wouldn’t have to stress about a thing. We took Christophe’s 7 hour videography package and it covered all the main events. Not only was he very sweet and professional day of, but created the most beautiful highlight video for us. Our family & friends still rave about it.

Heather and I worked together for a wedding and a baby shower. She showed wonderful communication and was able to execute what she wanted to be done.
