We can't recommend Heather and her team enough. From our first meeting with Heather, we knew she would do an amazing job with our wedding and we were right. She is incredibly organized and easy to work with. We used her for "month & day of coordination", but I wish we would have used her to help in planning the wedding, as well. In hindsight, I think she would have helped us get better pricing when booking our vendors, which would've counterbalanced the additional price of her planning and it would've been a lot less stressful and time consuming for us.
Leading up to our wedding, Heather helped us with so many details that we had never thought to take care of. She clearly has worked a lot of weddings because she literally thinks of everything. For the actual day of the wedding, she was AMAZING! She was working in the background making sure everything ran smoothly. Her team were all super sweet and helpful, they even pushed our son around in a stroller so we could do our grand entrance without a very tired and cranky toddler in our arms.
We had a lot of friends and family offer to help, it it felt so good to tell them we didn't need it because we had a coordinator. Most of them had traveled in from out of town and we wanted everyone to just enjoy the day and have fun. The day of the wedding we got to have breakfast and champagne with our closest friends and family and then take our time getting ready, instead of frantically decorating and setting up the reception and ceremony space. Heather and her team took care of everything. We just had to show up.
If you're considering a wedding planner/coordinator, you can't go wrong with Willmus Weddings. We met with four other companies and none of them came close to the level of professionalism, organization and personality that Heather has.

Heather is an amazing planner! After our first initial meeting, we hired her for our outdoor wedding in Lake Tahoe and she quickly convinced us she would do a great job. Not only does she have a friendly and caring personality, but she also has an excellent work ethic.
Heather really understood what we wanted (we had a rock concert motif) and was able to transform all of our ideas into a style that represented us perfectly. She even took charge of many of our DIY projects (e.g. souvenir concert T's at our "merch table", concert tickets from our "will call" for table seating, etc.) and helped us prepare and organize much of the decor (e.g. famous concert venues such as "The Fillmore" for table names). So many of our guests told us they had a fun time at our wedding and loved the cute, unique theme. Finally, Heather managed all of our vendors and other small details so that we could simply enjoy our wedding day.
I have since hired Heather to do my baby shower in the Bay Area (rustic motif) & a bachelorette party in Palm Springs (mid century motif). Both events were perfectly executed and I received numerous compliments from guests each time.
I highly recommend Heather for her strong organizational skills, her attention to detail, and for just being so easy and pleasurable to work with. 5 stars!

We used Heather from Willmus Weddings as our wedding coordinator and can't say enough great things about her. She was so organized, diligent, responsive, and not to mention has such a friendly and upbeat personality. She helped us with every little detail you could imagine, and took any stress from our big day completely out of our hands. Because of her, we had a truly perfect, seamless wedding, and are forever grateful. Thank you Heather!!!

Heather planned my wedding and did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed once she took the reins. She introduced me to all the best vendors and was so on top of everything. She was so organized and went above and beyond! My wedding was perfect thanks to her!

We had our wedding at Rancho Bernardo Inn near San Diego. I was convinced that we could plan the entire wedding by ourselves, but Heather showed me I was wrong! She was a fantastic wedding planner and coordinator from day one. She got us in order, reviewed all our vendors and gave us a lot of advice. I wish we had hired her for "full planning" service since it would have saved us a lot of time with her knowledge of local vendors. She thinks of every detail and is very professional. The day of the wedding, she ran the show like a pro which really let us enjoy our big day in peace. Thank you also for introducing us to your wonderful husband and recommending him to be our videographer. Christophe did an excellent job. He is very talented and delivered the exact video we wanted with his own personal touches. He definitely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend his videography services too!
