- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial and maintenance service rate is $25.00 per hour, per employee, for specific edible or ornamental gardening services as well as the reimbursement of all purchased plants/soils/replacement Drip Irrigation products after As far as larger weed removal and herbicide application requests are concerned, our service rate is $35.00 per hour, per employee for those services. For our weeding services we include for complimentary application of an all natural, weed pre emergent to prevent future weed growth. For all edible plant and soil deliveries a one time, $25.00 delivery fee will be charged. This delivery fee applies to all current and future projects per household.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I would look to schedule an in person consultation to discuss further the current garden setup. Within a week thereafter discussion I will look to email the client a layout, procedure and Estimate prior to our scheduled arrival. Once the Estimate has been paid in Estimate, we will then look to schedule an arrival date to begin working on the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education experience is self taught and mentor educated through having worked at community gardens and local nurseries. I have also worked as a small scale landscaper for many years.
