Duan offered to help us on Memorial Day with unbeatable price. We kept him waiting for 20 minutes but he was still courteous and nice.
Duane helped us steam clean a 1b1b apartment (1 bedroom, 1 den, 1 living room, 1 hallway, and 1 walk-in closet) with about 500 sqf service area. He finished in about 80 minutes, nice and clean.

He came in and did the job. Wasn't able to achieve the level I wanted, but it was clean. I wouldnt say he was an outstanding service provider or a crappy one, just an average joe. I would recommend him if someone needed a job done. He was very cost effective.
